When booking a course, a 20% deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure your booking.

This will be deducted from the course price and the remaining amount will be due 7 days prior to your course date. If you fail to pay this, your course place and deposit will be lost.
All deposits are non refundable.
Should you wish to amend your booking by changing your course date, the following terms and conditions apply:
Kayleigh Joyce Aesthetics & Academy cannot guarantee you a place on your chosen alternative course date. If a place cannot be be provided on your preferred date, you will be offered the next available date with capacity to accommodate you. Unfortunately, no other exceptions can be made.
At least 7 days notice must be given to amend your course date.

Less than 7 days notice will result in your course deposit being lost.
Failure to pay in full may lead to legal proceedings taken against you.

Course deposits can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.
Final payments for courses can be made by cash, bank transfer or PayPal.
All courses are non refundable.

Kayleigh Joyce Aesthetics & Academy reserves the right to decline admission to any of its training courses.
Kayleigh Joyce Aesthetics & Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule planned training courses, dates, times and course content. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any planned changes.
Should Kayleigh Joyce Aesthetics & Academy need to cancel your course due to unforeseen circumstances, your course will be moved to another date and deposits will still be non refundable.
Irrespective of circumstances, Kayleigh Joyce Aesthetics & Academy accepts no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses incurred by you or any models.

Kayleigh Joyce Aesthetics & Academy cannot be held responsible for the no show of models.

Should you wish to cancel your training course, your deposit will be forfeited as this is non refundable.

Trainees may wish to arrange their own indemnity insurance against possible cancellation.
