Treatments
All treatments are to be booked via our Fresha booking site accessed via the following link here
When booking an appointment, a 20% deposit will be taken to secure your booking.
This will be deducted from your treatment/course price and the remaining amount will be due on the day.
All deposits are non refundable however if you wish to reschedule your treatment, this can be done 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Anything less than 48 hours, will result in your deposit being lost.
Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.
The remaining amount can be paid via cash, bank transfer or PayPal on the day.
Kayleigh Joyce Aesthetics & Academy reserves the right to decline admission to any of its services.
Kayleigh Joyce Aesthetics & Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule planned appointment dates and times. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any planned changes.
Should Kayleigh Joyce Aesthetics & Academy need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your appointment will be moved to another date and deposits will still be non refundable.
Irrespective of circumstances, Kayleigh Joyce Aesthetics & Academy accepts no liability for any loss of earnings of expenses incurred by you.
Courses
When booking a course, a 20% deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure your booking.
This will be deducted from the course price and the remaining amount will be due 7 days prior to your course date. If you fail to pay this, your course place and deposit will be lost.
All deposits are non refundable.
Should you wish to amend your booking by changing your course date, the following terms and conditions apply:
Kayleigh Joyce Aesthetics & Academy cannot guarantee you a place on your chosen alternative course date. If a place cannot be be provided on your preferred date, you will be offered the next available date with capacity to accommodate you. Unfortunately, no other exceptions can be made.
At least 7 days notice must be given to amend your course date.
Less than 7 days notice will result in your course deposit being lost.
Failure to pay in full may lead to legal proceedings taken against you.
Course deposits can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.
Final payments for courses can be made by cash, bank transfer or PayPal.
All courses are non refundable.

Trainees may wish to arrange their own indemnity insurance against possible cancellation.
Lateness
If you’re going to arrive late, please inform us of this as soon as possible.
Although we will do our best to accommodate lateness, there may be occasions when this is not possible.
Lateness may result in your deposit being lost.
